ISIS 2008 presents its final report to the CACP membership

Three members of the ISIS 2008 team presented a 30 minute summary of their project’s findings and recommendations before the general membership of the CACP on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Montreal.  Inspector John Copeland of the Ottawa Police Service anchored the presentation, delivering some portions of the report in both official languages.  He was supported on the dais by Superintendent Mark Hartlen of the Halifax Regional Police, and Inspector Norm McPhail, RCMP Officer-in-charge for the Sea-to-Sky district in BC.
